Tom Brady has announced that he is returning to the NFL.
On Sunday, Brady Tweeted, "These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. "
He also added, "I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG."
The announcement comes about 6 weeks after Brady announced his retirement.
Terms of the deal have not been reported, but the NFL and Buccaneers both also Tweeted the news.
