Slash Thought He Would Die Making the "November Rain" G&R Video

There have been well known cases when shooting Hollywood movies has resulted in catastrophe involving injury and even death when dangerously trying to capture shots for the films, so it's not crazy at all for Slash to say that 30 years ago, when Guns n Roses were filming the epic video for the song "November Rain," he feared for his life as a helicopter dive bombed him to capture dramatic shots of him playing a guitar solo out in a field, shot sequences that, these days, could be captured by simply using a drone. Slash says in a recent interview that back then, he didn't generally think anything could really kill him, but on that music video shoot: his thought was "well, this'll be my last day on Earth." Ultimately, because nothing bad happened, we see the epic results of those dramatic film shots.
