Top Ten Censored Rock Songs

Like most things in pop culture that are censored or called out as inappropriate for people to enjoy, that song, or show, or whatever, becomes more popular than ever, because it's forbidden....that's what happened with many of these ten songs, all censored, or altered because someone objected to content....the reasons, though were all over the place...the BBC in England had problems with the Beatles' "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" because of its description of tripping on LSD (Although John Lennon always maintained that wan't the song's meaning), but they made the Kinks change the lyrics in "Lola" from "Coca Cola" to get airplay because the BBC had rules about promoting commercial products....Tom Petty's "You Don't Know How It Feels" often was aired on radio stations with the words "roll another joint" garbled so you couldn't understand what Petty was saying.....and the all-time pop classic "Louie Louie" by the Kingsmen was held off radio stations, banned in one state, and investigated by the FBI because some thought the lead singer's mumbling lyrics were about a big sex encounter, when in effect, it was a sailor singing about his dream girl....here are "Ultimate Classic Rock;s" top 10 censored rock songs of all time: https://ultimateclassicrock.com/censored-rock-songs/
