Boxing legend Leon Spinks has passed away.
TMZ reports that they confirmed Spinks died on Friday night surrounded by family, friends, and his wife, Brenda.
Spinks had been battling prostate cancer for the past five years.
His career highlights included defeating Muhammad Ali in a 15-round, split decision win in Las Vegas in February 1978, and he also won a gold medal at the Summer Olympics in Montreal in 1976.
Spinks was 67 years old.
