My Favorite (Nobody Agrees) Zeppelin Album, III.

"Led Zeppelin III" was released today in 1970. After their historic "Led Zeppelin II" album in 1969, and before their even more historic 4th "Zoso" album in 1971, "Led Zeppelin III" confused critics, who slammed it. It didn't sell very well either, as the band was accused of trying to sound like Crosby Stills Nash & Young, with the heavy acoustic feel to much of "Led Zeppelin III". But "Since I've Been Lovin' You" is the best guitar solo Jimmy Page ever did with Led Zeppelin (just my own opinion). Mark Madden, a hard core Zeppelin fan to the roots of his soul,  thinks I'm an idiot for voting "Led Zeppelin III" as the band's best.
