The Steelers are reportedly signing free agent WR Scotty Miller.
Miller was with Tampa from 2019 through 2022, and spent last season with the Atlanta Falcons.
Adam Schefter is reporting that it's a one-year deal, and of course, that reunites Miller with Steelers OC Arthur Smith.
Nothing official from the team yet, but that should be coming soon.
